We are seeking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join Campaign and Creative Services (CCS) to serve as the organizations Global DEI Business Partner and work with senior leaders across the organization.

You will be the DEI subject matter expert contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, while driving an organization-wide strategy to create a more equitable and inclusive environment that supports our diverse range of employees. You will take a balanced consultative approach to enable our businesses to capitalize on DEI for global success through strategic, tactical and operational execution. You will inspect and communicate results against committed DEI plans to ensure progress towards DEI and business goals. You should not only be passionate about delivering DEI solutions, but also obsessed with driving meaningful results that ultimately impact our employees, customers and advertisers.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable diving deep into the complexity of Global DEI nuances, coupled with a demonstrated ability to think broadly about customer and business strategy. You will have experience building effective multi-year DEI strategies including full employee lifecycle plans, designing and delivering innovative DEI programs in partnership with HR and business stakeholders, earning trust with customers, and exhibiting the ability to invent and simplify to translate best practices and research into action. As a DEI Business Partner, you must be skilled at anticipating problems, creating contingency plans, managing multiple priorities, problem solving and organizing logistics. The candidate should be self-driven and possess the ability to work in an ambiguous and global environment with minimal guidance or supervision. The candidate should also be able to guide creative teams to understand best practices with developing creative solutions that consider diverse audiences and experiences.

A day in the life
In this role, you will:
· Translate best practices in DEI into readily consumable resources and programs aligned to business need
· Develop innovative solutions for the Campaign and Creative Services (CCS) DEI portfolio and drive actionable and measurable business results
· Create, maintain, and disseminate resources in a variety of formats across all levels of the organization and regions

· Earn trust across a range of levels and disciplines to establish yourself and the team as a trusted Subject-Matter Expert
· Think big to identify the root causes of problems through an expanded, holistic view and long-term perspective
· Liaise with Global Diversity and Inclusion Organization to share best practices and Insights gathered within CCS
· Partner with Recruitment, Internal Amazon teams
· Connect and inspire people to drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple groups with competing priorities
· Identify and create mechanisms to assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
· Have outstanding verbal and written communication skill

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior management
· Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
· 7+ years experience delivering cross functional projects or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
· 7+ years experience in program or project management or 5+ years of experience with an MBA
· Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
· Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
· Experience defining and executing against program requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 10+ years’ experience designing and delivering DEI programs, including talent and culture programs.
· 10+ years’ project management experience
· Bachelor’s Degree· Masters Degree / MBA preferred, or track record driving measurable business outcomes through DEI solutions
· Experience delivering projects for large, global, cross-functional audiences
· Experience developing learning resources and services
· Experience effectively partnering with HR and business teams to build effective HR or talent programs and strategies
· Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently
· High level of comfort using data-driven decision making
· Strong analytic skills and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
· Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast moving environment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable manner
· Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well across functions
· Good organization skills with the ability to manage heavy workloads and multiple tasks
