Job Title: Program Manager – Recruiting

DESCRIPTION
eero is looking for a person with a background in managing recruitment strategies across different teams and regions. This person will be responsible for ensuring that eero achieves its recruiting goals on a monthly and annual basis. This person will feel comfortable engaging with several key stakeholders, including senior business leaders, partner organizations, in-region recruiting teams, and hiring managers. They will be able to earn trust with these key stakeholders by reliably delivering high quality results on schedule. A high attention to detail and accuracy with numbers is a must. This person will also need to plan and prioritize against targets, manage tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive decisions and show results, and remain calm in times of high stress and volume. They must thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, and have a positive approach to problem solving.

A day in the life
Meeting with in-region recruiters/teams e.g. Brazil, China, Taiwan, Vietnam

Monitoring and managing various recruiting metrics reports

Monitoring and moderating communications channels e.g. Hiring Managers Slack Channel, to ensure Hiring Managers are getting key hiring information and able to ask questions

Holding regular offices hours to ensure Hiring Managers are adequately trained and feel confident prioritizing hiring as a part of their roles

Monitoring the progress of priority reqs and communicating progress to key stakeholders

Monitoring and updating internal wiki/confluence pages with key information about recruitment at eero/Amazon

Implementing process improvements to ensure recruitment runs smoothly across teams and regions

About the hiring group
eero is seeking a bright, multitasking, and self-motivated Program Manager to join our Internal Operations Team. The Internal Ops team exists to ensure that working for eero is a great experience for all employees. We support operations across the business including recruitment, executive and admin support, and employee events.

Job responsibilities
Serve as main POC for eero’s Hiring Managers, guiding them through the hiring process

Monitor recruiting progress & strategize across different regions e.g. creating and maintaining best practices across all regions that eero recruits in

Meet regularly with in-region recruiters to ensure processes are standardized and communicated widely

Create reports that detail recruitment progress against headcount goals, pulling inputs from a variety of sources, and disseminating the information to relevant stakeholders via meetings and internal communication

Work with Amazon’s Campus Recruiting Team to participate in intern demand planning to ensure interns are place in the appropriate roles and teams across eero

Liaise with the Employee Experience Team to strategize around diversity sourcing and hiring i.e. managing DEI goals as they pertain to recruitment

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long term growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fit within eero/Amazon’s mission to deliver the highest quality results to customers

Partner with Amazon’s high-volume recruiting teams to manage contractor conversions to full-time employees

Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience in an Program or Project Management or Recruiting role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Professional & clear written and verbal communication skills

Proof of being hyper organized and able to bring order to chaos

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

High level of integrity and discretion

Advanced Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word and G-Suite management skills
