We have an opportunity for an ECAD tools and automation engineer, responsible for developing software and solutions for the best hardware engineering team on the planet. You will have an opportunity to contribute to a large range of projects, focused on schematic authoring, design management and system architecture, including the use of schematic capture, system design and MBSE (Model-Based System Engineering) tools. Drawing upon strong analysis, communication and problem-solving skills to drive creative, impactful and efficient solutions, you will feel fulfilled in the electrical engineering staff to deliver its best work.
Key Qualifications
- Typically requires atleast 5+ years’ experience with Cadence, Mentor or Altium EDA tools. Candidates with more experience can take on additional responsibilities commensurate with experience.
- Knowledge in CAD Schematic capture Dev Concept HDL, system capture, etc.
- Expertise in architecture, electrical schematic design, including use of EDA authoring tools.
- Expertise in scripting languages – Python, or Tcl, or Perl.
- Expertise in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS, including leading frameworks.
- Expertise in object-oriented programming and complex data structures is a plus.
