We are currently looking for a highly motivated Fulfillment Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is responsible for quality assurance on all HughesNet installations to ensure they meet the HughesNet standards. They help customers with complaints and questions, and help resolve conflict.

Pay/Benefits

Qualifications

  • MUST have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume and able to handle conflict in a calm and professional manner
  • Organized, detail oriented, and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent computer skills with Microsoft operating systems and a variety of internet browsers
  • Flexible to work some Saturdays
  • Dependable and a team player

Essential Functions

  • Receive incoming calls from customers, dealers, installation technicians, and HughesNet to help them complete and solve a variety of tasks and order issues
  • Review assigned orders to make sure dealers are keeping their orders up to date and complete
  • Review photographs taken by technicians to make sure installations were done correctly and successfully
  • Perform related duties as assigned by department manager
