The job of Lifeguard Cast Members at the Disneyland® Resort is to ensure the well-being of our Guests, keeping pool areas clean, answering Guest questions, providing information and assistance.

New higher wage rate!
The starting rate for Lifeguards is $17.85 per hour.
Full Time requires full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week including nights, weekends and holidays.
Part Time requires full availability on weekends, holidays and during all peak seasons, in addition to nights for any private parties.
With our Disney Aspire program, eligible hourly Cast Members receive 100% of tuition paid upfront for partner institutions!

Downtown Disney District Parking is at the Simba Lot, located off of Disneyland Drive, between West Katella Avenue and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel.
Complimentary parking is available at the Downtown Disney District Parking, located off of Disneyland Drive, entering on Downtown Drive. Parking vouchers will be available at the Job Fair, please be sure to save the voucher and give to the Parking Cast Member upon leaving the lot.

It is strongly recommended that Guests wear face coverings when indoors and in enclosed transportation. Face coverings are optional for Guests in outdoor areas.
