At Pediatric Surgery Center, Florida we provide first-class surgical services for local communities and recognize our employees as our number one assets. *Front Desk person. Pleasant and confident. 30-40 hours per week. Primary job is to check in patients but must be able to multi task and perform general medical office duties. Pleasant telephone demeanor necessary. Flexibility with hours is a must and must be able to start anywhere between 615 and 0730am. Experience with Advantx is a plus but can be taught.
Required Experience
High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Bilingual preferred.
- Good communication skills.
