Job summary
eero is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced Integrated Marketing Lead. The Integrated Marketing Lead must be an expert in formulating customer-centric multi-channel digital campaigns; analyzing data and research to understand digital buying journeys; and running experiments to optimize user experiences, media, messaging, content and conversion rates. They must have experience managing multiple programs simultaneously and tout a proven track record executing integrated digital/e-commerce strategies to educate, engage, and acquire customers.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can effectively lead cross-functional initiatives to launch new digital marketing campaigns, driving email, creating and executing strategies to drive unit growth, optimisation promotions, focusing on services attached and collaborating closely with: Business Development, BI/Analytics, Product and UX, Marketing Operations, as well as external agencies. They are also a great team leader, looking after a team of marketing specialists and program managers.

A day in the life
This person should be collaborative, results oriented, and uphold high standards across all elements of execution. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across teams to drive strategy and ensure a cohesive customer experience. You will be comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment and able to balance a strategic and operational mindset, to identify solutions, and execute cross-functional programs effectively.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead the strategic and holistic go-to-market (GTM) efforts for high-priority and complex cross-functional programs – including email, paid marketing and creative
Lead campaign testing to drive constant efficiency in messaging and creative
Oversee a comprehensive email strategy to drive upsell and attach of products and services
Support the team to plan and execute efficient paid media campaigns and build marketing strategies for product launch support and seasonal promotions that drive customer acquisition (B2C+B2B).
Own the marketing budget, clearly articulating ROI on activities and finding efficiencies where possible
Partner with Finance to understand ‘efficient’ spend and how to ensure we are being creative in this classification through testing and results
Develop an effective way to understand LTV and use this calculation to drive conversations around increased marketing spend
Establish processes for planning, approving, executing, and tracking campaign budgets.
Work across the organization to build processes to granularly track and analyze Marketing spend
Develop a framework for establishing the business impact of marketing efforts (e.g., ROI) and socialize that with Finance and business leadership
Designing, leading and implementing eero’s global promotion strategy – this includes outlining key promotional tenets, yearly promotion calendar, forecast and lift expectations and reporting results
Provide actionable intelligence with existing metrics or identify, develop, and propose new metrics (for example, track promo elasticity/lift, comparisons vs. prior promos and YoY promos, traffic, sales trends including details like program mix, channel trends).
Align with marketing around key promotional periods/messaging and target persona’s and how to best target them
Create a playbook of levers that will drive upsell in under attainment scenarios
Partner with sales and supply chain to analyze demand vs. supply at a weekly level (in order to be proactive in changes based on trends of demand and changes to supply)
Partner with the sales team to build/refine processes to increase work efficiency and drive performance (for example, create processes on how to launch soft/hard bundles, how to run weblabs/MVT, how to reduce MSRPs, etc.)
Lead Marquee event planning and execution – including Prime Day and BFCM, working with key eero and Amazon stakeholders
Review promotion forecasts and performance to help improve the promo pricing calculator; drive enhancements to the calculator with the Finance team.
Drive easy approval processes for promotion changes, updates, increases etc
Lead all business justification document creation (e.g., OP1/OP2, reallocation of budgets, incremental asks, etc.) for Integrated Marketing.
Lead a Marketing Monthly Business Review (MBR) process to quantify and qualify what’s working, what’s not working, roadblocks, and strategic plans
Lead, mentor, and develop team members.


8+ years of experience in marketing or sales or sales enablement
5+ years of experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs
5+ years of experience working with broad groups of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Experience building and managing global integrated campaigns end-to-end: Defining and executing on targeting, messaging, content, landing pages, creative, media, reporting and optimization
Experience producing content, messaging and editorial calendars
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Adobe Analytics) to identify customer insights and optimize marketing performance
Experience working with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional teams to build and scale fast-moving GTM plans
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to be clear, concise, and respectful in communications with executives


Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field
Experience working within a high-growth technology company, in the field of training or enablement
Experience working with C-suite clients in a technology setting
An effective multi-tasker who navigates a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with grace and efficiency.
Excellent at creating and maintaining working relationships across all levels and disciplines, receptive to feedback and input from others, and quick to apply changes.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and value-based selling
Thrives in an ambiguous environment and can independently remove blockers and make decisions quickly and autonomously
Demonstrates success in creating and delivering on KPIs
Excellent MS Excel skills and experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
