Job Description

Primary duties and responsibilities include transfer pricing U.S. compliance related to foreign entities, foreign structuring and restructuring, foreign tax audits, BEPS reporting, indirect taxes, and transactional analysis:

  • Design and implement tax process improvements to streamline and rationalize manually intensive tax processes by utilizing integrated financial, operational and information systems.
  • Help develop new transfer pricing models and software implementation.
  • Perform monthly transfer pricing calculations and process journal entries.
  • Support BEPS documentation including Master File, Local File and Country by Country reporting.
  • Work on transfer pricing components to help with IRS audits.
  • Assist with non-U.S. tax audits, especially on issues related to cross-border transactions.
  • Help monitor international tax legislation developments and advise on impacts and opportunities.
  • Support international and U.S. tax compliance reporting with respect to non-U.S. entities to ensure all reporting obligations are satisfied accurately and timely.
  • Work with the Tax Operations team to support plan, design, and implementation of process improvements.
  • Support transfer pricing policies and procedures, including preparation of necessary transfer pricing documentation and related studies.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related discipline. Directly related experience within a tax/finance area.

  • Memphis, TN.
