We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator to join IKIO LED LIGHTING’s Supply Chain team. In this position, you will perform administrative functions to support the Director of Imports/Logistics. You will also have a great opportunity to impact the supply chain operations of the Company, which is one of IKIO LED Lighting’s most important assets.

In this role you will contribute by:

• Processing direct to customer import orders.
• Managing all freight claims – processing and follow up
• Monitoring compliance to the corporate routing guide as well as customer specific routing guides.
• Maintaining the SharePoint site – customer documentation, recording of freight recovery and cross dock tracking
• Accommodating inquiries from Inventory Analysts, Customer Relations Team and Sales Team regarding ETA’s
• Taking ownership of domestic freight routing for all truckload shipments
• Monitoring all domestic vendors open purchase orders, such as confirming receipt, ship dates, etc…
• Running freight analysis for specific inquiries as well as reporting data
• Reviewing all service provider invoices for accuracy, resolving any discrepancies
• Resolving container discrepancies for the Operations Team for timely posting of inventory
• Reviewing weekly exceptions reports, and working with Manager to determine appropriate resolution
• Managing all incoming and outgoing inventory

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years’ experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with confidential information
• Detail orientated with strong communication skills
