Florida Injury and Wellness Center is looking for a part-time Medical Marketing Coordinator to continue to grow our practice in Wesley Chapel and Tampa. Your main responsibilities include networking with other medical professionals, producing promotional materials, and cultivating new referral relationships. Our ideal candidate is very goal oriented and comfortable being a self-starter. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we want to meet you. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our goals and continue making a positive impact on our community.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
  • Attend networking events and meet/greets with local medical offices or other referral sources
  • Track progress and returns
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing referral data
  • Prepare (monthly, quarterly and annual) forecasts

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Officer, or similar role in the medical field HIGHLY PREFERRED
  • Knowledge or previous experience with medical and/or legal marketing
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools (including social media)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
