About the role:
We are looking for a mobile engineer to join our team to help identify opportunities to improve our user experience across iOS and Android applications! If you have robust experience in translating design into code and looking for a highly collaborative, hands-on role, this may be the role for you!
What you’ll do:
- Work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality experiences across iOS and Android
- Architect and build scalable mobile solutions with a seamless UX/UI in mind
- Learn and improve upon current mobile development process as we scale as an organization
- Actively contribute code as part of the mobile engineering team
Who you are:
- BA with a technical or engineering focus (CS, Engineering etc.)
- You have 3-4 years of experience in building mobile applications
- Strong experience in React Native for cross-platform mobile applications
- Keep abreast of best in practice and trends within mobile engineering and UX/UI concepts
- Partner with larger engineering team and product teams to drive improvements in development process
- Bonus: experience with native applications for streaming devices (Apple TV, Roku, etc.), set-top boxes or TVs
