The Online Banking Specialist is responsible for setup and maintenance of various online banking and treasury management platforms.


  • Completes setup and maintenance of bank and bank account relationships within ADMs proprietary system.
  • Establishes and maintains online banking and treasury management credentials with ADM partner financial institutions.
  • Gathers and disseminates regularly scheduled online bank reporting to internal clients, e.g. monthly statements.
  • Assists Financial Operations team with compiling transaction data related to interest credits, CD maturities and purchases.
  • Assists the FI Client Services team by collecting and reporting rate information.
  • Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
  • Participates in ongoing professional development and training programs to further develop knowledge and skills.
  • Espouses ADM’s 4 Core Values, 16 Professional Practices, and Quality Standards as outlined in ADM’s Performance Culture Guide.

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Two to four years’ experience in a banking environment or similar financial institution is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and relationship management skills required, as this role interacts with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
  • Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
