Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach and Spa is a large complex of 1230 rooms and currently looking for an Operations Manager – Food & Beverage to join our F&B team. This role will have oversight of the Restaurant Outlets, Regency Club and Banquets. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development, scheduling as well as coordinating special events. The 0perations Manager – Food & Beverage will promote an atmosphere that engages colleagues, ensures guest satisfaction, and upholds Hyatt’s values. This position requires strong attendntion to detail and the ability to effectively and interact with guest, other departments, and team members.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• 2 years of progressive hotel Food & Beverage Management experience
• Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
• Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Opera and Micros
• Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
• Previous experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements
• Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
