Reports To: Dr. Scott Faucett

Status: Full time; Non-exempt

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation/Benefits: $15-17/hr, Health & Dental benefits, and Clinical exposure.

Hours: 40/hr per week.

Position Summary:

Dr. Scott Faucett is looking for a Personal Assistant to join our very busy Orthopaedic Office Team. You will be responsible for making sure that the Doctor is prepared to coordinate logistics and needs of the partner and team. In your role, there will be emphasis on scheduling and social media. Rarely needed for person errands.

As a Personal Assistant you will…

  • Work closely with Dr. Scott Faucett to manage his calendar and ensure that he is prepared for his busiest days;
  • Spend time coordinating meetings and events with partner organizations, acting as a representative of The Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics and our values;
  • Assist with intra-and inter-departmental communication, especially as it relates to the responsibilities and calendar of Dr. Scott Faucett;
  • Manage, track, and analyze expenses for Dr. Scott Faucett;
  • Help plan and manage events, both big and small;
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

·        Must have valid Driver’s License

·        Must have High School Diploma (Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred)

·        Proficient in: Word, Power-point, Excel.

·        Must be familiar with utilizing: Gmail, Google Calendar, and Outlook.

·        Proficient in managing social media platforms such as: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn.
