Job summary
Amazon Lab126 is seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator to join our rapidly growing Devices team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with participants in the field. This position requires the ability to work with minimal direction, the capacity to work quickly and be flexible while delivering high-quality results. Having an eye for process improvement is critical as we evolve our processes.
The Program Coordinator will need to learn quickly about process and be able to manage small to medium projects independently end-to-end. S/he should be proactive in addressing issues, be able to identify any gaps in tools and process and suggest enhancements. In addition, s/he should be agile to implement any changes to protocol in response to different needs and workflows, and be able to communicate clearly with internal and external team members and stakeholders.
· Work with key stakeholders for requirements and set up the delivery plan considering resource and timeline
· Communicate regularly with management on status, risks and change control
· Track, drive and report on KPIs
· Identify, communicate and resolve issues in a timely manner
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Engineering, Business)
· 2+ years relevant work experience
· Consumer electronics research experience
· Experience working with prototype assets
· Ability to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
· Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task
· Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines
This role is best described as Junior Program manager (L4), who would work/assist with L6 PM/TPM in driving large and complicated projects. This role is Program Coordinator (hourly non-exempt), and expectations would be similar, but on entry spectrum of impact. The expectation is that in 1 Year or so this person would grow to L4 Program Manager role.


· Bachelor’s Degree
· 2+ years of Project Management/Program Management/Program Coordination experience
