Summary

Due to the Pandemic and individual states with different phases of reopening, the selectee’s report date to the official duty station/facility may be delayed until such time as employees are allowed to report to the workplace. The person selected may telework up to the maximum extent possible, up to and including full time, until it is determined by state and Federal officials that employees are allowed to report to the workplace where this position is located, on a regular basis.

To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to he next lower grade level (FV-I band the next lower grade level is FV-H, FG/GS-12 * FV-J band the next lower grade level is FV-I, FG/GS-13). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience is described as: Experience creating and managing in a SQL environment and documenting data structure and architecture. Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics (e.g. regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.)Experience working with and creating data architectures, including solving data problems with an emphasis on product development.Experience writing code in a statistical or computer programming language such as SQL, SAS, R or Python to aid in analysis.Experience building an ETL pipeline with stream processing and managing data within Microsoft SSMS.
