We are searching for a talented and experienced corporate communications professional with a passion for creating engaging and compelling content for traditional and new communication channels.
In this role, you will report to the Director, Corporate Communications and will implement and provide strategic support for a wide variety of internal and external communications programs. At a time when change is constant and expert messaging more important than ever, you will help carry out integrated communications for the company’s global operations that will enable Entegris to achieve both its business priorities and corporate culture objectives centered around our PACE values.
The Public Relations and Content Manager will be based out of our Billerica, MA global headquarters. Partial remote work options are available.
In This Role You Will:
- Support the creation and implementation of a global communications strategy with a strong emphasis on building positive awareness and reinforcing Entegris’ strong reputation among key stakeholders – both internal and external
- Leverage both traditional and new communication channels to deliver messages in an authentic, effective way
- Work collaboratively with strategic communication consultants to develop and execute global media relations strategies.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing team to refine marketing messaging and up-level content to the corporate thought leadership level
- Create content for both internal and external communications including news releases, intranet articles, blogs, scripts and other communication vehicles
- Monitor, analyze, and report monthly on outcomes of key corporate communications programs and activities
- Collaborate with Global HR, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to support broad-based employee and manager engagement programs
- Stay abreast of the latest developments and expertise in the communications industry and recommend emerging best practices to enhance and strengthen Entegris’ corporate communications programs
Traits We Believe Make a Strong Candidate:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or similar area of study
- 5-7 years of corporate communications experience, either in-house or in a public relations agency setting
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful integrated communications programs for a corporate organization
- Media relations experience is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and deliver against business objectives
- Detail-oriented, proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work across all levels of the organization, including with senior leaders
- Strong critical thinking skills and excellent research capabilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of special projects
