We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our New York City Office located in lower Manhattan.

Responsibilities

  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Greet and announce all visitors
  • Maintain internal phone list
  • Assist in miscellaneous projects
  • Receive, sort and log all incoming mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc)
  • Post outgoing mail and prepare overnight packages
  • Ensure reception area, kitchen and conference room are tidy and presentable, with all necessary material
  • Setup breakfasts and luncheons
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of all office supplies and office equipment

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Record of excellent attendance and attention to detail
  • Excellent phone skills, pleasant demeanor and positive corporate presentation
  • Customer service oriented. Willingness and ability to provide excellent service to our managers and staff as well as all visitors
