Description
We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Receptionist. How you will make an impact:
- Handle all incoming calls and transfer to proper personnel,
- Take messages, order supplies
- Meet and greet all clients and customers
- Manage conference room schedule, travel arrangements, calendar management as well as other basic receptionist duties.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Basic computer skills a Must!
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Applicants should have 1+ year of experience as a Receptionist
- Incoming phone call management skills required
- Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
