Our client headquartered in Milwaukee has an immediate need for a receptionist to perform administrative duties related to office administration, including greeting visitors, supporting
building access, answering and redirecting phone calls, facilities related issues, ordering office supplies, and other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

    • Reception phones
    • Greet Visitors
    • Ensure visitor Covid-19 protocols are followed by all entering the building
    • Parking Validation

Requirements

  • Customer Service
  • Clear & Concise Communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
