Our addiction recovery center(s) provide a comprehensive approach to care. AdCare’s integrated system of care offers a range of accessible treatment centers including a 114-bed inpatient hospital and several conveniently located outpatient sites located throughout the Massachusetts and Rhode Island areas. FT includes 6 hours Saturday mornings per week. Candidate should be open to possible schedule changes when necessary. To provide clerical support to the outpatient staff. Performs all general office and reception duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, filling, and answering telephones. Verify insurance benefits for patients and schedule patient sessions.
Must be computer literate and have excellent typing skills. Minimum of 2 years working in a business office preferably in human services. Medical billing experience preferred. Candidates must be able to operate in a very fast paced environment and have excellent customer service skills . Candidates will be required to attend 2 weeks training and occasional meetings in AdCare’s Worcester MA location.
All new hires are subject to a TB test and must provide proof of MMR vaccination or titer. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a Background Records Check.
