Job Title: Salesforce Developer.
DESCRIPTION
Interested to disrupt Talent Acquisition (TA) space? How about automation at scale? If your answer is yes then Amazon WW Consumer Talent Products Team (TPT) is the place for you to be. TPT team is looking for a passionate, innovative, results-oriented Application Engineer (Salesforce Developer) to be developing scalable solutions that enables a friction free workflow for Talent Acquisition teams at Amazon. As a Application Engineer in the TPT team, you will help own and contribute to defining and governing coding standards, implementing design patterns, and refactoring existing code. In addition to working on the latest Salesforce technologies such as Lightning and Einstein you will also have the opportunity to work with AWS Services to innovate. You’ll be chartered with creating and operating applications that deliver critical capabilities to the Talent Acquisition teams and embed operational knowledge and encode best practices into everything we do. We are determined to disrupt TA space by bringing end to end automation of business process flow. TPT technology team is in the early phases of design and development of solutions to address various customer needs. This is your chance to shape technical design and implement it leveraging Salesforce platform. In this role you will
· be responsible for developing in Force.com, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, Javascript, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
· Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Perform technical analysis, design, development, implementation of applications with necessary customization and integration
· Support across systems and related integrations native to the SFDC ecosystem.
· Build solutions on SFDC platform, including development of Web Services and use of API’s
· Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles
· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planed releases and production issues
· Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling and monitoring

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
· 3+ years of Salesforce Development experience to include configuration, customization, programming with APEX, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards
· Experience with Javascript, jQuery, HTML CSS and ANT
· Experience with Salesforce.com architecture and APIs
· Deployment experience using ANT tool or change set.
· Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems
· Experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Certified Salesforce Developer
· Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Dashboards.
· Experience with Salesforce Pardot
· Experience with development using AWS Services
· Working knowledge of software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent
· Strong attention to detail, organization skills and excellent problem solving skills
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s leadership principles requirements for this role
· Meets/exceeds Amazon’s functional/technical depth and complexity for this role
