Relevant Experience
(in Yrs) 8 to 12 Years Technical/Functional Skills Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience Required SAFe Agile E3-E4.
- 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in playing scrum master role
- Experience in working with 5+ teams and work in global delivery model coordinating with associates in various time zones
- Works with Product Owner / Business Analysts /Scrum Masters / RTE / Development teams on release plan execution
- Should have experience in mentoring the teams and experience in playing Agile Coach role
- Should coordinate Agile ceremonies, facilitating daily scrums, work effort retrospectives, showcases, and sprint planning sessions
Generic Managerial Skills
- Need good communication and analytic skills.
- Should know change management procedure.
