Position Summary…

What you’ll do…

Walmart Marketplace is looking for a stellar product manager to execute the product strategy and roadmap for the order management experience under post purchase workflow. This role will leverage data and best in class ecommerce solutions to bring seamless and intuitive experiences to ensure Sellers have a highly engaging experience to manage, view, and fulfill their orders delighting them and impacting NPS.

You’ll need to cultivate and execute strong product enhancements, have excellent analytical skills, manage various stakeholder requests, communicate effectively with senior leaders, and showcase an ability to deliver value and impact.

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Developing and managing product roadmaps; gathering and documenting requirements; overseeing the development of requirements; collecting and analyzing user and product data; turning insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; defining user and business acceptance criteria and roll out strategy; managing risks and dependencies; and prioritizing product backlog.
  • Crafting and developing solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners (business leaders, User Experience, Engineering, Analytics, design); engaging with key partners to determine implementation methods and timeline; and gaining buy-in from executive-level leadership.
  • Ensuring both seller user experience and API are functioning per standards to drive overall engagement and satisfaction.
  • Driving the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer, seller, and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; working with leaders to remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Ensuring various cross team fulfillment initiatives across pickup, delivery, shipping, and all the ways sellers get their products in the hands of buyers are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Serving as the point person for your product area consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders – soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost- effectiveness.
  • Work with ambiguity and independently lay out as well as teat clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
