Overview
Stand Together is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sr. Software Engineer to join our team! As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our software development team in all aspects of the development, testing, and implementation of our products. You will get to work with other Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, marketing teams, and stakeholders on solutions that help some of our society’s biggest challenges! This role will fill a gap we have with managing several MarTech Systems as well as some custom created applications. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with full stack development. This position can be fully remote.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Writing and debugging PHP / Java / HTML / HTL / JavaScript code
• Design software solutions that meet the requirements
• Creating features and functions using Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Troubleshooting general software issues
• Working closely with other engineers to improve product’s functionality

• Work with marketing team leads on finding solutions to improve outreach
• Participating in estimation discussions with the team
• Continually improving coding and other technical skills
• Serve as the primary maintainer of some of our MarTech systems

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

• At least 4 years of professional software development experience
• Experience in designing software solutions from scratch
• Experience leading software engineers or other technical practitioners
• Experience with requirements gathering and refinement
• Experience with server-side languages PHP / Java

• Experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Vue.js, ReactJS, Angular)
• Experience with SQL a must NoSQL preferred but not required
• Experience with a DXP such as Adobe Experience Manager or Aquia preferred
• Experience and general knowledge of SSL certificates and web protocols
• AWS experience preferred

• Content Delivery Network experience preferred
• Experience working with marketing teams preferred
