DESCRIPTION

The Alexa business is growing and we need a Sr. Product Manager to lead our Alexa Hub product development and roadmap. Our growth requires leaders who move fast, have an entrepreneurial spirit to create innovative marketing for new products and services, unrelenting tenacity to get things done, exceptional communications skills, and are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems.

A day in the life
The Alexa Marketing team is looking for a dynamic product leader to drive the product strategy for the Alexa Hub, an integrated web destination for all things Alexa. You will work with a cross-functional team that includes product teams, finance, economics, creative agencies, and channel managers to define, develop, and execute innovative marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and engagement with Alexa through the Hub.

Job responsibilities
1. Own product roadmap and strategy for Alexa Hub
2. Own the product lifecycle and optimization plans finding path to automation and scale.
3. Influence through data and insights across the roadmap and product development cycles
4. Use data to amplify voice of the customer, dive deep into product and marketing performance, and measure marketing effectiveness

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in product management
3+ years of experience in digital/high-tech/CPG companies
3+ years of experience in website development

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA
· Deep experience with Alexa products or web development
· Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to think creatively with minimal direction
· Experience working with technology partners
· Experience in e-commerce or technology sector
· Experience working cross-functionally across Engineering, Product Management, Analytics, UX, Research, and Marketing
· Analytical thinker: able to deliver deep insights that lead to novel approaches
· Superior communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex and highly visible projects
