Minimum qualifications:

- 4 years of experience as a chief of staff, program manager, strategic coordinator, or in a related role.
- 2 years of experience in event production.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects with minimal direct supervision while managing day to day activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work proactively to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail.

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
The Strategy and Operations team supports Devices and Service Business Organization (DSBO) by providing the strategic guidance and scaled support needed to enable the growth of the business.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google’s complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with DSBO executives to drive accountability and efficiency for their team (e.g., objectives and key results management, operational cadences, and core business processes).
- Partner with the Administrative Business Partner team to plan and execute programming (e.g., team meetings and business strategy sessions).
- Manage team events on and off site (e.g., in person and hybrid) and culture events (e.g., ideation, logistics, communications, content development, etc.).
- Draft, edit, and send communications on behalf of executive leaders (e.g., emails, presentations, scripts, etc.).
- Manage, program, and support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and other executives in requests.
