Qualifications To qualify for this position you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the FV-J (FG/GS-14) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE includes: Experience in leading a team; experience identifying skill deficiencies and developing/implementing action plans to address identified deficiencies; experience of accurately documenting the results of training team meetings and discussions; experience that provides comprehensive knowledge of air traffic orders, policies, and procedures; and experience that provides an in-depth understanding of terminal/tower programs and procedures critical for successful execution. Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement. Applicants should provide examples of specialized experience in their work history.
