Beyond our world-class contact centers, there are many important challenges to be met in other FRS teams like the FRS Operations and Product Team, which plays at the intersections of process and technology, and Contact Center Support Services (SCSO) which develops comprehensive service delivery strategies for our contact centers. FRS Product Design manages and grows loyalty, frequency and other marketing programs for all Payment Cards (REDcard, GiftCard). Our Bank Program and included credit risk and compliance functions manage Merchandise Finance, Capital Finance, Expense Management and Financial Goals and Forecasts. And the FRS Controller heads up FRS Accounting and Financial Operations, including Accounting and Control, Retail Bankcard Services, Target Card Services, Fraud Prevention & Dispute Resolution.

As a Team Lead, REDCard Fraud Prevention (RCFP), you’ll take the lead as you manage a team of 15+ team members leading them in development and achievement of established quality, productivity, and service level goals. You will provide regular feedback and hold team members accountable when performance is not meeting expectations. You will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of Target REDCard processes and products, credit industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures as related to Credit Fraud Prevention and Credit Fraud Resolution. You will be expected to use this knowledge to deliver great guest experiences while identifying fraudulent transactions and following these critical procedures and policies. You will initiate and lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall efficiency and effectiveness and performance of the RCFP team, reduce loss, and retain guests. You will collaborate with peers and other leaders to drive results and improvements across the team.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 2 + years of previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Ability to develop, manage, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to strategize and solve problems while working with ambiguity
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a strong sense of urgency
• Proven ability to deliver a great guest experience with every interaction
• Total System Services (TSYS) experience preferred
• Bankcard, Disputes, or Fraud experience preferred
• Service center experience preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Understanding computer language and internet protocols preferred

    As a Team Lead in REDcard Guest Services, you’ll lead a group of team members who assist guests with their Target Mastercard, Target Debit Card, and Target Card needs, through incoming calls.  The Team Lead is responsible for coaching individual team members in order to meet performance expectations and team/department goals. You’ll provide consistent, supportive, and constructive feedback to each team member on the quality of their work and manage performance when needed. You’ll inspire collaboration and a guest focused environment among the team. As a Team Lead you will also be responsible for improving work processes, driving guest satisfaction, managing staffing goals and reducing expenses. You will support strategic initiatives by leading and participating in projects that will drive department and company results.

    About you:

    • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
    • 2+ years of previous supervisory experience
    • Strong customer service background
    • Ability to flex schedule to meet the demands of a seven day a week operation, including weekends and holidays
    • Excellent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to coach team members to both be solution and guest focused, to inspire them to perform at their best, and ability to manage performance when it’s not meeting expectations
    • Experience in handling challenging team member situations effectively to reach resolution and create a positive work environment
    • Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems at the same time, and high proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; quickly adapting to changing business needs that require multi-tasking and prioritizing work accordingly
    • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm and one weekend a month (11am-8pm during DST and 12pm-9pm during ST (AZ time)

    This position may be considered for a Full-Time Remote or Hybrid work arrangement based on Target’s needs.  A Hybrid work arrangement means the team members core role will be a blend of virtual and onsite at a Target location.A Full-Time Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that’s not a Target location, does not have a desk at their primary HQ work location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. 

     

    Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada residents is $48,000 to $79,900.00 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Target cares about and invests in you as a team member, so that you can take care of yourself and your family.
