Position Title: Technical Product Manager

Location: Boston, Massachusetts

Position Responsibilities:

Work with key business stakeholders to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fulfillment Technology with Amazon Pharmacy. Interface with engineering, operations, and analytics resources to define key product requirements and associated metrics of success across customer benefits, operational efficiency, and financial compliance. Work with engineering leads on sprint planning, daily standup meetings, retrospectives, resource allocation, and project management against roadmap execution. Maintain insights into success metrics and use those insights to help drive further roadmap definition, iterative development processes, and continuous improvement processes with the operations team. Effectively communicate to a wider business audience project status and post-launch measurement of progress.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master’s degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) working on end-to-end product delivery and product management in a complex, highly technical industry; (2) performing data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis with Data Analysis tools; (3) contributing to engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategy related to a product; and (4) overseeing product roadmap strategy and definition.
