This position is based in Dallas, Texas and is an in office position.. Office location is in the Dallas Love Field Airport area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As videographer, you will report to our Creative Director and use best practices to craft, develop, and publish high-quality video content. At Clutch Creative, we deliver high-quality content quickly. We manage multiple fantastic clients and love what we do. This position will include:

  • Shoot video and quickly edit for a great final product
  • Self-start, manage and quickly conceptualize videos for client campaigns
  • Storyboard and develop high quality, creative videos for web, emails, social content etc. that are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Collaboration with the Clutch Creative team, the client, and outside vendors/agencies as appropriate.
  • Operates video cameras, mics, and lights on location or in the studio, in the production of professional pre-recorded programming.
  • Designs, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment, for field and studio productions.
  • Computer edits video segments on a variety of tape and digital formats.
  • Completes trouble and preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment; assists in repair and upkeep of studio and production sets and properties.
  • Maintains equipment inventory and field and studio production schedules.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • An undergraduate degree in videography or related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of videography and editing experience (Portfolio samples will be required.)
  • Working knowledge of design software and technologies,
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a sharp focus on detail
  • A strong and creative eye for aesthetics and details that inspire and attract a target audience
  • An understanding of marketing, production, corporate identity, advertisements and design
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Creative. Does not use traditional boundaries to define work products.
  • Composition and proofreading skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

  • $43,000/year starting
