Duties and responsibilities:

  • 2 pay increases first year. Employment + benefits + career growth!
  • Work from your State of Texas location with our company provided equipment, training and software.

·        Full-time > Willingness to work a variety of shifts between 7am – 7pm, Mon – Fri (no weekends) 40 hrs./week.

·        Part-time > Willingness to work a variety of shifts between 7am – 7pm, Mon – Fri (no weekends) 20 hrs./week.

  • Answer incoming customer service telephone calls in a friendly, professional manner, providing accurate and prompt responses to customer inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to sell, up-sell and cross-sell Careington’s products and services.
  • Provide problem identification and resolution, with proper escalation of calls as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Must be able to manage high-volume inbound sales and service calls
  • A professional, helpful phone manner and the ability to build strong customer relationships is vital for success
  • Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
  • A good understanding of quality customer service principles is necessary for this position
  • Meet all company goals for Quality Assurance and Schedule Adherence

 

Education, experience and software:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree desirable, but not required
  • Must have the desire to help others and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest or experience in inbound sales desirable
  • Good computer skills and experience with MS applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Must provide in-home WIFI that meets Careington’s connectivity standards
  • This opportunity requires a background check and drug screen.
