SEEKING EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING MANAGER WITH INSURANCE BROKERAGE/RELATED INDUSTRY (REQUIRED) – GREATER LOS ANGELES | 100% COMMUTE FROM HOME | Hiring Range $110k-$125k

IF you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing with Insurance brokerage/related industry accounting background (required), please read on.

THIS IS A 100% TELECOMMUTE position.
Your contributions will include:

• You will have partners throughout the Western time zone with whom you will work on accounting-related matters.
• You will conduct reviews of each agency management system for the region, ensuring accurae accrual accounting and revenue/expense recognition methods are in place and being used.
• Complete periodic balance sheet audits on significant accounts
• Provide additional support as needed to the accounting team members in the Region and to the West Regional Executive Vice President.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline (i.e. Business Admin w/emphasis in Accounting)
• Insurance brokerage/related industry accounting background mandatory.
• Strong Excel Skills.
• Detail orientation; strong relationship skills; strong written and oral communication.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task.
