SEEKING EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING MANAGER WITH INSURANCE BROKERAGE/RELATED INDUSTRY (REQUIRED) – GREATER LOS ANGELES | 100% COMMUTE FROM HOME | Hiring Range $110k-$125k

IF you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or auditing with Insurance brokerage/related industry accounting background (required), please read on.
THIS IS A 100% TELECOMMUTE position.
Your contributions will include:
- You will have partners throughout the Western time zone with whom you will work on accounting-related matters.
- You will conduct reviews of each agency management system for the region, ensuring accurae accrual accounting and revenue/expense recognition methods are in place and being used.
- Complete periodic balance sheet audits on significant accounts
- Provide additional support as needed to the accounting team members in the Region and to the West Regional Executive Vice President.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline (i.e. Business Admin w/emphasis in Accounting)
- Insurance brokerage/related industry accounting background mandatory.
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Detail orientation; strong relationship skills; strong written and oral communication.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task.
