As a Compliance and Operations Risk Test Director in the Testing Center of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the testing strategy across various business lines, ensuring alignment with regulatory and firm requirements. Your expertise in risk management and control testing will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, thereby enhancing compliance and operational risk management. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 10 years of experience in leading and implementing comprehensive testing strategies in a financial institution.
• Proven track record in managing large teams, setting professional standards, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying regulatory requirements within the context of risk management and control testing.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing risk dashboards to provide SMART risk reporting, communications, and presentations for various forums and management levels.
• Expertise in resource optimization, with a focus on efficiently leveraging allocated people, money, and technologies to plan, schedule, and progress project and program initiatives.
