The GTM Client Delivery Manager is a key member of the Customer Integrations and Implementation team, responsible for assisting customers with the technical implementation of ZoomInfo’s customer-facing solutions. This is a high-visibility role within an exciting area of the business, with the opportunity to gain domain expertise across all aspects of sales, talent, and marketing intelligence technologies and applications.

About the Role
As a GTM Client Delivery Manager at ZoomInfo, you are the trusted technical advisor guiding new and high-value customers through their onboarding journey. You will lead live working sessions, configure integrations, and ensure ZoomInfo seamlessly connects with our customers' core tech stacks, empowering them to realize value quickly and effectively.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Client Onboarding: Lead live, customer-facing sessions (spending 4–5 hours a day on calls) to guide clients through technical setup, integration, and best practices.
• Integrate & Configure: Set up seamless data flows and integrations between ZoomInfo and major CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Troubleshoot & Problem-Solve: Act quickly to diagnose and resolve integration snags, field-mapping challenges, or workflow issues during live calls.
• Partner & Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to share product feedback and ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer health.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical software implementation, customer onboarding, or CRM/Marketing Automation administration.
• Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Marketo), data mapping, APIs, and integrations. Salesforce or related platform certifications are a huge plus!
• Customer Presence: Engaging communicator who can build rapport instantly and explain complex technical concepts in simple, client-friendly terms.
• Organization & Agility: Comfortable juggling 15–20 concurrent accounts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping customers feeling supported and confident.

This role is a hybrid position, with the option to work from home on Mondays & Fridays. Must be located within 30 minutes of Vancouver, WA, Waltham, MA, or Bethesda, MD

The US base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $93,000, plus annual bonus and benefits.

Actual compensation offered will be based on factors such as the candidate’s work location, qualifications, skills, experience, and/or training. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific salary range for your desired work location during the hiring process.
