The Manager, Integrated Monetization Programs will serve as a key project management lead for WBD US Networks Digital’s integrated partner programs across social, site, and commerce platforms. This individual will be responsible for organizing cross-functional workstreams, managing timelines and deliverables for select programs, communicating priorities, and ensuring partner programs move efficiently from concept and pitch through activation and completion. With this knowledge, this individual will also proactively identify scalable opportunities that can be leveraged across US Networks to drive incremental revenue growth. Working closely with Ad Sales, Revenue Marketing, Brand Marketing, Branded Entertainment, and Commerce stakeholders, they will help translate monetization opportunities into well-run programs that are thoughtfully coordinated and delivered with excellence.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized project manager who can balance strategic context with operational rigor. They are comfortable building project plans, aligning stakeholders, tracking action items, escalating risks, and keeping multiple programs moving at once. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to create structure around evolving advertiser, platform, and internal business needs.
Your Role Accountabilities…
- Manage program intake and planning. Partner with Ad Sales, Sales Solutions, Brand Marketing, Branded Entertainment, Commerce, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives, define scope, and translate partnership opportunities into actionable project plans.
- Own timelines, deliverables, and workflow. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, deliverable lists, and status updates for assigned partner programs, ensuring workstreams stay organized, visible, and on track from pitch through activation and completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution. Serve as the day-to-day coordination lead across internal teams and external partners, facilitating communication, running check-ins, documenting decisions, tracking next steps, and ensuring all contributors understand responsibilities and deadlines.
- Support packaging and go-to-market readiness. Help organize partner-facing materials, program details, production inputs, and internal approvals so opportunities are clearly documented and ready for sales, client review, and activation.
- Support development of new opportunities. Identify potential turnkey and repeatable partnership concepts and work with Ad Sales, Sales Solutions, Brand Marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and prepare approved opportunities for market.
- Improve processes and program consistency. Create and refine repeatable workflows, templates, trackers, and communication processes that make integrated partner programs easier to manage, scale, and replicate across US Networks.
- Support adjacent initiatives. Provide support to team members on other content monetization initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.
