- Partner with product managers, engineering teams, data stakeholders, and business users to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery
- Directly query data warehouse to investigate data existence, identifying duplicate, overlapping, or inconsistent data sources
- Triage incoming data requests: assess intent, determine what existing data can be repurposed, and scope what requires new build
- Work with stakeholders to define data elements, business terms, metrics, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to documentation, data catalogs, reporting materials, and self-service resources
- Support release readiness, user acceptance testing, stakeholder communications, and post-release activities
- leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate data discovery, duplicate detection, and metadata documentation across your assigned domain
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree required in business, computer science, data analytics, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, analytics, technology, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate ambiguous questions
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, documentation, and actionable next steps
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Comfort learning and applying AI-assisted tools (e.g., for data discovery, summarization, or documentation) in day-to-day work
- Experience with Snowflake or a similar modern cloud data platform
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to data quality, data governance, data lineage, metadata, access controls, or data discoverability
