About our Team:
The S2P Reimagined Transformation Office is responsible for shaping the future of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes across Global Procurement. We partner with Procurement, Finance, Digital Transformation & AI (DTAI), and business collaborators to drive process intelligence, operational excellence, measurable business value, and continuous transformation through data-driven decision making.
Position Overview:
The Program Manager II, Source to Pay - Value Optimization owns the business value layer of the S2P Reimagined program and serves as the business owner and single point of contact for process intelligence across the Source-to-Pay organization. This role translates S2P priorities into a prioritized and measurable portfolio of initiatives, governs benchmark frameworks, and drives value realization through actionable insights and program leadership.
Working closely with Procurement, Finance, S2P Towers, and the DTAI platform team, this role owns business requirements, critical metric governance, initiative prioritization, and value realization while using process intelligence capabilities currently enabled through the P2P Celonis environment and growing across S2P as the capability matures. The role focuses on business value optimization and program leadership rather than platform administration.
Responsibilities:
- Own the business value layer of the S2P Reimagined program, operationalizing process intelligence as a strategic capability across Source-to-Pay processes while supporting the continued expansion of process intelligence capabilities beyond the current P2P Celonis environment.
- Drive all S2P Towers toward the S2P North Star by establishing targets, delivering actionable insights, governing the initiative pipeline, and ensuring initiatives are prioritized and aligned to strategic objectives while Towers retain responsibility for execution.
- Convert process intelligence findings into clearly defined, measurable initiatives that are actively tracked against North Star objectives and deliver quantifiable business value and operational improvements.
- Own and govern the S2P North Star benchmark framework, including benchmark definitions, baselines, cost-per-transaction methodologies, and value measurement approaches; reconcile process intelligence outputs with finance and operational reporting to maintain a single source of truth approved by Finance and S2P leadership.
- Serve as the primary business liaison between S2P Towers and the DTAI platform team by intakeing, qualifying, and prioritizing process intelligence demand; translating business priorities into technical requirements; validating metrics and reporting outputs; resolving data discrepancies; maintaining real-time program metrics; and proactively identifying new value optimization opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, finance, process transformation, or related fields, including program or portfolio management of cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience owning benchmark frameworks, baseline development, cost or value measurement methodologies, and balancing operational performance metrics with financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of process mining, analytics, and S2P technologies, including platforms such as Celonis, SAP, and Ariba, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
- Proven ability to influence collaborators and govern initiatives across multiple teams. You drive measurable value without having direct authority over delivery teams. You communicate effectively with executives and steering committees in a global organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience leading large-scale Source-to-Pay, procurement transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise process optimization initiatives within complex global organizations.
- Experience bringing to bear process mining and process intelligence solutions, including Celonis, to identify optimization opportunities, improve performance, and drive measurable business outcomes.
- Experience partnering with Procurement, Finance, and technology organizations to establish governance for critical metrics, value measurement frameworks, enterprise reporting standards, and continuous improvement programs.
- Familiarity with AI, agentic automation, and emerging intelligent process optimization technologies, including understanding their operational, business, and cost implications within enterprise environments.
