As necessary, think outside-the-box to design and architect end-to-end solutions that address complex merchant challenges, including advanced integrations and customizations. Evaluate tradeoffs across merchant constraints, platform capabilities, and non-functional requirements, and design tailored solutions aligned with each merchant’s business and technical priorities.

  • Merchant Trust: You will be responsible for building the trust of your technical counterparts, both internally and externally, while also fostering long term relationships with our Enterprise & Key merchants.

  • Partner Success: Partner with sales and partner engineering teams to drive opportunities for our largest customers, leading solution strategy and laying groundwork for successful implementations.

  • Product Influence: Act as the "voice of the customer," providing actionable insights to influence product development and feature prioritization to product management at Affirm.

  • Knowledge Scaling: Create and share best practices, reusable assets, and training materials to enhance go-to-market efficiency.

  • Sales Support: Provide technical & architectural input into sales planning and forecasting, identify technical risks and constraints early, and collaborate with Sales Operations to design scalable, repeatable technical engagement models. Work with Sales operations to build and refine scalable business processes.
