Role

We are looking for a Technology Alliances Manager to drive and grow Zscaler's Agentic Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR, NDR, CNAPP, Data Pipeline, and Risk/Exposure Management) partner ecosystem on the Technology Alliances and Business Development team. This is a Remote role in the United States or a Hybrid role based at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters, reporting to the Director, Technology Alliances.

Sitting at the intersection of Solution Architecture, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales, you will own end-to-end technology partnerships across Agentic Security Operations. In this highly cross-functional role, you will bridge technical strategy and go-to-market (GTM) execution, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on Zscaler's roadmap, identify high-impact partners, scope integration use cases, drive adoption, and incubate co-sell experiments.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Own and grow technology partners in the Agentic Security Operations segment, evolving them from integrations-only into high-value strategic alliances
• Proactively evaluate the Agentic Security Operations market landscape alongside Product Management and Solution Architecture teams to identify, prioritize, and recruit high-value prospective partners
• Collaborate directly with Product Management, Engineering, and Solution Architecture teams to define joint integration use cases, from initial whiteboard sessions to customer validation to launch and driving adoption
• Design, test, and iterate on first-time co-sell experiments with select partners across Sales and Marketing teams to align with demand generation campaigns and regional priorities
• Drive operational visibility into early stage co-sell activity, driving account mapping, partner interlocks, and pipeline visibility and execution to determine when experiments need more iteration or is ready to scale

• Product-minded technical builder. You understand how platform architectures fit together and enjoy whiteboarding integration use cases with Product Management and Solution Architects.
• High-trust cross-functional connector. You translate between technical teams and field organizations, aligning diverse stakeholders around shared strategic, technical, and GTM outcomes.
• Strategic and execution-oriented architect. You understand partners’ platform capabilities, lead technical discovery sessions, and draft clear integration use-case requirements.
• Autonomous owner in ambiguity. You operate with a strong bias for action, using ambiguity as raw material to design and scale repeatable programs.
• Detail-oriented operational driver. You combine high-level alliance strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves rigor.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
• Proven experience managing partnerships that are rooted in a strong product offering and driven by deep technical integrations. We welcome diverse backgrounds across product partnerships, technology partnerships, and technology alliances.
• Product-minded with technical depth to ramp up and lead architectural and integration discovery sessions
• Strong background collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and field sales teams

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies and workflows to drive measurable operational efficiency
• Experience incubating early-stage co-sell motions from scratch
• Deep cybersecurity knowledge of Agentic Security Operations across SIEM, SOAR, NDR, CNAPP, Data Pipelines, and Risk/Exposure Management

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$156,800—$196,000 USD
