Job Description
Lead the execution and growth of Livestock Monitoring and Identification and Readers solutions in the private market across CENCA and Ecuador, ensuring effective portfolio deployment, distributor and channel activation, customer adoption, and disciplined commercial and technical execution.
The position translates Regional and Global portfolio strategies into practical cluster plans, identifying priority customer segments, strategic accounts, growth opportunities, adoption barriers, and market-readiness needs. The role combines subject-matter expertise in Livestock Monitoring with responsibility for private-market Identification and Readers, including visual and electronic identification, RFID, data capture, traceability, and connected livestock solutions.
Focused on cluster-level impact, the role works closely with distributors, commercial teams, Marketing, After Sales, Customer Support, technical resources, and Regional and Global teams to accelerate portfolio penetration and deliver consistent customer experience. The position promotes a unified customer view, identifying where Monitoring, Identification, Readers, data, services, and Biopharma can be combined into integrated solutions.
The role is not responsible for the Official Identification Market, which remains under the direct accountability of the Technology Solutions Country Lead. The position supports the Country Lead with relevant private-market insights, customer needs, technology expertise, and distributor information when these may inform the broader identification strategy.

• Integrated Customer Solutions: Identify opportunities to combine Monitoring, Identification, Readers, traceability, data, technical services, After Sales, and Biopharma offerings around customer needs and production outcomes rather than isolated products.
• Customer Journey Collaboration: Work with After Sales and relevant Customer Success resources to support onboarding, training, adoption, utilization, customer-health visibility, value realization, retention, advocacy, and qualified expansion signals.
• Customer Support and Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the After Sales Intern, distributors, technical resources, and Regional or Global Technology Support to ensure customer questions, installation needs, recurring issues, and escalation information are visible and routed appropriately.
• Market Readiness and Launches: Support readiness for new products, technologies, pilots, and launches, including target customers, solution knowledge, distributor training, technical requirements, customer materials, implementation, support, and post-launch learning.
• Capability Building: Build knowledge and proficiency across distributors, commercial teams, After Sales, and customer-facing resources through approved training, field coaching, demonstrations, technical materials, and practical learning.
• Customer and Market Insights: Capture and communicate structured insights on customer needs, adoption barriers, distributor needs, competing solutions, implementation challenges, product performance, and growth opportunities to the Technology Solutions Country Lead and Regional and Global teams.

• Management Cadence: Participate in regular commercial, distributor, customer, portfolio, and After Sales reviews led by the Technology Solutions Country Lead. Maintain action plans with owners, due dates, and closure tracking.
Final targets, market coverage, distributor expectations, and metric definitions must be agreed with the Technology Solutions Country Lead and aligned with cluster and Regional plans, available resources, and approved enterprise data sources.
