- Collaborate with business sponsors and leaders across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to build clear business and financial cases and execute deals.
- Present opportunities and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors, and report on post-acquisition performance against the original deal thesis.
- Help build scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices that shape the operating system of Robinhood's Corporate Development team.

- Track record of sourcing, leading, and closing complex technology acquisitions or strategic investments, ideally including in-house corporate development experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including company valuation, financial modeling, and structured problem solving.
- Ability to reason from first principles, using data and analysis to draw sound conclusions, with a bias toward action: analyze fast, decide, and either move forward or move on.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a track record of building strong working relationships with founders, investors, bankers, and executives.
- Executive presence and outstanding written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to senior leadership and boards.
